By accessing or using DroidAI ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
DroidAI is an AI-powered Android device automation platform that allows users to control Android devices through natural language commands. The Service includes a web application, desktop program, and companion mobile app ("Portal APK").
3. Account Registration
To use the Service, you must create an account using Google authentication. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under your account.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You shall not:
- Use the Service to violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Automate actions that violate third-party platform terms of service
- Use the Service for spamming, phishing, or other malicious activities
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service
- Share your account credentials or API keys with unauthorized parties
- Use the Service to infringe upon the rights of others
5. Data Collection and Storage
By using the Service, you acknowledge and agree that your usage records are collected and stored on our servers. This includes:
- Commands and prompts you send to the AI agent
- Device interaction logs (taps, swipes, typing actions performed)
- Task execution history and results
- Macro recordings and workflow data
- Session metadata (timestamps, duration, device info)

6. API Keys and Third-Party Services
The Service requires API keys from third-party LLM providers (e.g., Google Gemini, Anthropic Claude, OpenAI GPT). You are solely responsible for obtaining, managing, and securing your own API keys. DroidAI is not liable for any charges incurred through your use of third-party APIs.
7. Subscription and Billing
Access to the Service requires an active subscription. During the open beta period, subscriptions are provided free of charge. Pricing and billing terms after the beta period will be communicated in advance.
8. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its code, design, and content, is the intellectual property of DroidAI. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for its intended purpose.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. DroidAI does not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any defects will be corrected.
10. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall DroidAI be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or profits.
11. Termination
DroidAI reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
12. Changes to Terms
DroidAI reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
