Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using DroidAI ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

DroidAI is an AI-powered Android device automation platform that allows users to control Android devices through natural language commands. The Service includes a web application, desktop program, and companion mobile app ("Portal APK").

3. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must create an account using Google authentication. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You shall not:

• Use the Service to violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Automate actions that violate third-party platform terms of service
• Use the Service for spamming, phishing, or other malicious activities
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service
• Share your account credentials or API keys with unauthorized parties
• Use the Service to infringe upon the rights of others

5. Data Collection and Storage

By using the Service, you acknowledge and agree that your usage records are collected and stored on our servers. This includes:

• Commands and prompts you send to the AI agent
• Device interaction logs (taps, swipes, typing actions performed)
• Task execution history and results
• Macro recordings and workflow data
• Session metadata (timestamps, duration, device info)

6. API Keys and Third-Party Services

The Service requires API keys from third-party LLM providers (e.g., Google Gemini, Anthropic Claude, OpenAI GPT). You are solely responsible for obtaining, managing, and securing your own API keys. DroidAI is not liable for any charges incurred through your use of third-party APIs.

7. Subscription, Billing, and Payment Processing

Access to the Service requires an active subscription. Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle until cancelled.

Payments are processed by:

• LemonSqueezy, LLC — Acts as the Merchant of Record for international payments. LemonSqueezy is an authorized reseller that facilitates transactions on our behalf. Charges on your credit card statement will appear from LemonSqueezy, not DroidAI. LemonSqueezy handles sales tax collection and remittance based on your jurisdiction.
• NICEPAY Co., Ltd. (나이스페이먼츠) — Processes domestic Korean payments as a payment gateway. Electronic receipts and invoices are provided via email.

You have the right to verify your transaction details. Transaction records are kept for 5 years in accordance with applicable financial regulations. You may request error correction, which will be processed within 2 weeks. An escrow service is available for buyer protection upon request.

8. Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. To avoid being charged for the next cycle, cancel at least 48 hours before the renewal date.

Refund policy:

• For international payments (LemonSqueezy): Refund requests may be submitted within 14 days of purchase. Once digital content delivery has begun, the right of withdrawal may be waived in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws. LemonSqueezy reserves the right to issue refunds within 60 days to prevent chargebacks.
• For Korean domestic payments (NICEPAY): In accordance with the Electronic Commerce Consumer Protection Act, consumers may withdraw their subscription within 7 days of the contract date. Refunds are processed within 3 business days of a valid withdrawal request. For credit card payments, we will immediately request the card company to cancel the charge. Delayed refunds are subject to 15% annual interest.
• Digital content/SaaS exception: Once service provision has begun, the right of withdrawal may be limited. A free trial period is provided so users can evaluate the Service before committing to a paid subscription.

9. Order Confirmation

Upon placing an order, we will promptly confirm receipt and provide subscription details. You will have the opportunity to review and correct your order before finalizing. Service access is activated immediately upon payment confirmation.

10. Minors

The Service is intended for users aged 14 and above. Contracts entered into by minors without the consent of a legal guardian may be cancelled by the minor or their guardian.

11. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its code, design, and content, is the intellectual property of DroidAI. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for its intended purpose.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. DroidAI does not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any defects will be corrected.

13. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall DroidAI be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or profits.

14. Termination

DroidAI reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. Refund processing for valid withdrawal requests will continue even during service suspension.

15. Changes to Terms

DroidAI reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be notified at least 7 days before the effective date. Changes unfavorable to users will be notified at least 30 days in advance. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
